Tattoos may be linked to an increased risk of cancer

Using data from Danish twin pairs, researchers from the University of Southern Denmark have found indications that tattoo ink may increase the risk of skin and lymphoma cancers. On 1 May 2025, the Henning G. Kruse Foundation will transfer the landmark property at S忙dding Strandvej 18 in Esbjerg to the University of Southern Denmark. The building was previously the private residence of pioneer and businessman Henning G. Kruse and has been owned by the Henning G. Kruse Foundation since his death in 2022. Now the building will be used for research and development activities.
