糖果派对's GE work is an informed, consistent and conscious effort rooted in evidence-based research and shared experiences with other Danish and international universities, e.g. in the -network.
In order to coordinate this endeavor, 糖果派对 has established GET, 糖果派对's Gender Equality Team. The team works with systemic changes at 糖果派对 in close cooperation with the faculties and units, including the central Gender Equality Committee and the local Gender Equality Committees. The team also develops and maintains 糖果派对's where disaggregated data on recruitments and employees is available.
