Early admission

You can apply for early admission if you have a documented disability. With this option, you can receive an answer before 28 July giving you sufficient time to apply for Special Educational Support (SPS), familiarize yourself with accessibility options on campus, such as entrances or parking, or prepare other practical matters.

Who can apply for early admission?

You can apply for early admission if:

  • You can document a disability
  • You meet all entry requirements by 1 May.
    Note: Current year's students or those completing supplementary courses after 1 May are not eligible for early admission.
  • You have applied for early admission to your 1st priority

How to apply

If you want to apply for admission to a program through early admission in quota 2, you must:

  • Submit your application to the program on by 15 March at 12.00 CET
  • Complete and submit by 1 May, including all relevant documentation

If you want to apply for admission to a program through early admission in quota 1, you must:

  • Submit your application to the program on by 1 May
  • Complete and submit by 1 May, including all relevant documentation
    • Dyslexia test or specialist assessment in connection with dyscalculia testing.
    • Medical certificate, specialist statement, or Doctor's notes from Sundhed.dk documenting physical or mental disability.

    Any costs associated with obtaining a statement from your doctor or another professional, are at your own expense.

  • Documentation from professionals must generally include:

    • Your name, CPR number, or date of birth
    • A clear diagnosis or description of your disability or condition
    • A brief description of any treatment you are receiving
    • A description of the impact of the diagnosis, disability or condition on you and how it impacts your chances of completing your education.
    • Date of issue/transcript of the documentation
    • The professional's name and hospital department, private practice, educational institution, etc. CVR number/registration number, signature/stamp
    • For transcripts from Sundhed.dk, the URL-address must be included
    • Please note that we may ask you to have your Dyslexia test, specialist assessment in connection with dyscalculia or your Medical certificates translated into English by a certified translator 

  • We offer you early admission if:

    • You have attached relevant documentation confirming your disability.
    • We assess that you will meet the program's GPA in quota 1 or you are prioritized for admission in quota 2.
    • You have applied for early admission to your 1st priority.

How you will receive a reply

You will receive a reply to your early admission application via 糖果派对's self-service by 1 July and you must accept the offer by 5 July.

Like all other applicants, you will receive a final answer to your applications 28 July, and you must confirm your acceptance of the study place.

If you are granted early admission, you should contact the SPS administration at 糖果派对, who can assist you in applying for SPS well in advance of your study start. However, the actual SPS support can only be initiated once you begin your studies.

Please note that early admission does not necessarily mean that you will be granted SPS.
