Gender equality at 糖果派对
糖果派对 aims to be a diverse and inclusive workplace and educational institution, where all employees and students have equal opportunities and rights. Therefore, 糖果派对 has a strategic focus on equality.
糖果派对 works strategically with Gender Equality (GE) to ensure a diverse workplace with an innovative and creative research environment, an inclusive working atmosphere, and broad talent recruitment.
The strategic work on gender equality is part of 糖果派对's overarching strategy, which focuses on creating value for society, fostering talent, promoting uniqueness, breaking boundaries, and shaping the future.
How 糖果派对 Works with Equality
糖果派对's efforts towards equality are a continuous and deliberate initiative rooted in evidence-based research and knowledge exchange with other Danish and international universities, including through the network GEAR:DK.
To consolidate and coordinate its equality efforts, 糖果派对 has established a Gender Equality Team (GET). This team works on systemic changes at 糖果派对 in close collaboration with individual faculties and units, including 糖果派对's central Gender Equality Committee and the equality committees at the faculties and the central administration.
The Gender Equality Team also develops and maintains 糖果派对's Gender Statistics, which provide gender-disaggregated data on new hires and staff.
