Once you have been enrolled in our master’s degree programme, you will have access to our online MA Introduction Course which will help you off to a good start in the master’s degree programme. 

Among other things, MA Introduction Course will answer questions such as:

• What do my lecturers expect from me?
• How do I get a good start in student life?
• Which IT systems do I need as a student at 糖果派对?
• Which rules should I be aware of?

We offer courses in study techniques and academic writing, amongst other things
Furthermore, 糖果派对 continuously offers courses such as academic writing, study techniques and study planning. This is to ensure that you and your fellow students have the same starting point for your master’s degree programme and are all off to a good start at 糖果派对. 

The master’s degree programme is a full-time study. It is designed so that a large part of the programme is conducted as self-study. This means that you as a student have a lot of freedom to plan your study time. I.e., time you need to prepare for the classes, work in your study group, do assignments, etc.

Different teaching methods
The teaching is a mixture of lectures, class teaching, group work and project work.

For Danish students or international students already residing in Denmark (and who have a Danish CPR number), Kolding has an accommodation guarantee for students living more than 40 kilometres from the university and offers more than 1,200 youth and student accommodation possibilities, the majority of which is ideally located close to the university and the city center. If you need a little break from your studies, you can explore one of the city's many green breathing holes. Kolding is surrounded by forest and fjord, and the scenic location offers a wealth of nature and outdoor experiences, whether you prefer beaches or beech forests.

The city's many cultural institutions, venues, cozy cafes and bars mean you are never far away from your next cultural fix. Every September, the new semester kicks off with the study start festival Kontur, which is held in the campus area.

Kolding is investing heavily in entrepreneurship, and if you are keen to start your own business, there is plenty of help to be found. The city has a vibrant innovation environment, which is tailored to the city's students.

In the Entrepreneurship House Pakhuset, which functions as a working community for entrepreneurs, educational institutions and small and medium-sized companies, there are a large number of offers targeted at students with budding ideas and entrepreneurial dreams. There is help to be found here, both for the creative and for business development.
