Patent ideas are assessed in The TEK Patent Committee

Patent ideas which ÌǹûÅÉ¶Ô employees create alone or together with others must be reported and assessed by ÌǹûÅÉ¶Ô for their perspectives. The business developers in RIO investigate the commercial opportunities. At TEK the ideas are discussed in the Patent Committee to ensure that there is support for the continued work with analysis, prototype development etc.

In case ÌǹûÅÉ¶Ô claims the rights to an invention and initiates a commercialization process a planning meeting will be held between the inventor, the Project Responsible Business Developer from ÌǹûÅÉ¶Ô Business, the relevant TEK Unit Head and TEK Innovation.
