Special holidays
Remember to use your special holidays from 2023 before the end of April 2025
Don't forget to use and register your five special holidays earned in 2023—they must be used by the end of April 2025.

It’s important to take your holiday and register it.
You continuously accrue holiday, and it’s essential to use it—not only to ensure your well-being and get a break but also because taking holiday is expected during your employment.
If you leave your position or have a temporary contract
As a general rule, you cannot carry over unused holiday after your employment ends unless you have an agreement with your immediate manager. If your manager approves that you take holiday after your employment ends, they must send a written confirmation of the agreement to SUND HR.
