Who to contact for sickness and leave

Who should you contact if you need to report sick, take a care day, or have questions about your holiday?

From now on, if you are sick, need to take a care day, or have any questions about your holiday, please email:

KI: sund-fravaer-ki@health.sdu.dk

IRS: sund-fravaer-irs@health.sdu.dk

Mona Østergaard Madsen will remain the primary contact for holiday and absence-related matters and will respond to your enquiries. However, all emails should be sent to the functional mailbox above. Please include "sick" or "holiday" in the subject line, and remember to notify us again once you have recovered. 

If you are ill, you must also inform your immediate manager, typically your research leader or department head at the hospital.
