Award for Peter Kornerup

Peter Kornerup, Professor Emeritus, Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, has received an award for 鈥渂est computer science paper鈥� in 2013 along with his co-authors Vincent Lef猫vre, Nicolas Louvet and Jean-Michel Muller. The award was given by the French popular science magazine La Recherche, and it was given for the paper On the computation of Correctly Rounded Sums. IEEE Trans. Computers 61 (3): 289-298 (2012).
