EU has made extensive requirement for reporting of ESG (environment, social & governance) factor through the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This project studies how these requirement in the social dimension can be use to improve the work environment in Danish companies. The project is conducted in cooperation with Teamarbejdsliv. The study includes a desk study of the extensive set of EU regulation, interviews with key stakeholders and in-depth case analysis of 10 front running companies. 2025-2027
