Our group aims to explore organoid intelligence, which harnesses the potential of lab-grown mini-organs, or organoids, to advance research in brain function, disease modeling, and computing. We aim to develop organoids, derived from stem cells that mimic the architecture and behavior of human tissues, particularly the brain. By integrating organoids with advanced technologies, our aim is to study neural networks and explore bio-hybrid computing. This emerging field offers unique insights into complex biological processes, bridging the gap between artificial intelligence and human biology. It holds transformative potential for medical breakthroughs and understanding cognition.
