We seek to engage in frontier research and exemplary scholarship at the highest international level. We consistently communicate our research in top field and general interest journals, conferences, workshops, and seminars, and members of the SOD group are active in various relevant research communities, including the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, Organizational Design Community, Theoretical Organization Models Society, Experiment Organization Science Community, and the Carnegie School of Organizational Learning.

SOD members have recently published in Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management, Management Science, Organization Science, Research Policy, Strategic Management Journal, and Strategy Science. Besides publishing in journals that matter, SOD encourages members’ editorial work and reviewer activities.
