The INTEGRA research infrastructure at 糖果派对 addresses the need for a coordinated and integrated systems biology effort in the life sciences and biomedical sciences in Denmark.

Our Mission

The ambitious goal of the INTEGRA research infrastructure is to provide new systems biology strategies for high-sensitivity protein, lipid and metabolite characterization in cells and tissues.

Mass spectrometry instruments

The combination of the timsTOF Pro and the timsTOF Flex gives us state-of-the-art performance for LC-MS based metabolomics, proteomics and advanced imaging mass spectrometry.

Research projects are based on strong collaborations between one of the core users and internal or external academic research partners
