Patricia Lyk is a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Journalism and Digital Democracy Centre at the University of Southern Denmark. She holds a Master of Science in Learning and Experience Technology and a PhD in Mixed Reality and Learning.
As part of the SafeChilDe project, Patricia develops and programs an educational game designed to enhance children's critical awareness of digital information flows. The game aims to equip children with the skills to assess the credibility of information on social media, fostering a more informed and resilient approach to digital content.
Her research interests include learning and technology, didactics, gamification, and the use of VR and AR in educational contexts.
